The free 15-minute consultation described on this website is an introductory conversation and does not constitute the commencement of a formal counselling relationship.

When you submit our contact form, you consent to us contacting you via the method you specify (email or phone) in order to respond to your enquiry. Submitting the form does not create a counselling relationship.

Response times are not guaranteed. We aim to respond within two working days. For urgent matters, please contact us by phone.
